Fundación Adsis progresses in its Digital Transition process

During 2023, Foundation Adsis has dedicated itself to an extensive Digital Transition project with the goal of enhancing the tools, equipment, and processes that allow us to offer the best possible support to the people in vulnerable situations whom we assist. This project has been made possible through funding from the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (RTRP) of the European Union - NextGenerationEU and the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030.

It is an improvement project that has benefited all the foundation's centers, present in 13 provinces in Spain, and has enabled advancements such as:

• Assessment and evaluation of our work tools and applications
• Enhancement of digital equipment
• Improvement of internal foundation applications
• Incorporation of technology experts
• Specialized training for employees and beneficiaries
• Boost to our Digital Classroom

How does digitization aid social action?

In an increasingly interconnected world, the integration of digital technologies breaks barriers and provides equitable opportunities. Training in digital skills not only empowers individuals by granting them access to educational resources and remote job opportunities but also fosters social inclusion by facilitating their participation in today's digital society.

To achieve this, at Foundation Adsis, we have acquired digital equipment such as virtual reality glasses for therapy, meditation, and emotional well-being support, digital whiteboards and computer equipment to improve computer rooms and training facilities, 3D printers for our center's trade workshops, and new hardware to enhance the management of our fair trade store.

Undoubtedly, this project will be highly beneficial for all the individuals we assist and for the internal functioning of Foundation Adsis itself, enabling a qualitative leap by streamlining and facilitating processes in various areas.
